AVG Internet Security 2011 (x86) 32 BIT Version

Valid Until 26-2-2018

AVG produces the most popular free security software for Windows and Linux. They recently released 2011 versions of their antivirus and internet security products. The free version of AVG is good for people who are not always connected to the internet and not making online transactions. AVG Internet security 2011 and AVG antivirus 2011 on the other hand, provide complete protection against online and offline threats. The new AVG Internet Security 2011 has a redesigned user interface that is much faster and responsive. AVG Internet security focuses on the detection of new
range of threats that spread through social networking websites like Facebook, search engines and links shared online. We had an opportunity to participate in the free AVG internet security 2011 license number giveaway conducted by the AVG technologies. They sent us one year valid AVG internet security 2011 as a part of this offer.

Antivirus and AntiSpyware: We had scanned our computer with AVG internet security 2011 and detected several threats that Kaspersky and Symantec  missed.  However, we found the suite making some false positives. For example, it detected the Kaspersky AVP component as an adware, which is obviously not correct. AVG Internet security is an advanced certified security suite as per the research conducted by several independent security labs. So we believe that the false positive  result was one rare incident.  AVG internet security 2011 comes  with an improved
algorithm that scans the system three times faster and its  designed to  remove viruses, trojans, keyloggers and rootkits in real-time.

Firewall:  Almost all security software out there  creates the firewall rules automatically for the ease of the users. AVG internet security 2011 asks the users whenever an untrusted program access the internet  and thereby let them customize permissions based on their preferences.
