On 30 April 2010 , Call of Duty: Black Ops has been officially announced.Treyarch is working only on the game and nothing else at the time, unlike the past practice.

Each mission has a number of objectives that appear on the Head Up Display, which marks the direction and distance to and from these objectives. The player is accompanied by allied troops.

Although primarily a first person shooter, players can pilot a Hind helicopter and guide friendly troops by an SR-71 Blackbird , a reconnaissance plane.

The campaign is full of moments of cinematic script.One of them is a bullet time effect during the level “Victor Charlie”, activated when the player is the last enemy fire to a team of Viet Cong.
